Unique 10-digit official SNICKERS® Brand ULTIMATE GARAGE SALE!™ codes (each, an "Official Code") are available in specially marked packages of SNICKERS® Brand products. For official rules and a free Official Code, while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Ultimate Garage Sale Code Request, PO Box 5047, Ellenton, FL 34222-5000. (Vermont residents may omit return postage.) Mail-in Official Code requests must be received by 4/4/08. Limit: one (1) free Official Code request per outer stamped envelope. Official Codes not transferable and void if not obtained through authorized channels.2. HOW TO ENTER:
Complete official registration form available at www.snickers.com to establish your Sweepstakes account, enter your Official Code, then follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. Limit: one Sweepstakes account per person. When you establish your Sweepstakes account during the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive a free entry into the Weekly Sweepstakes (as defined below) for the current Entry Period (as defined below). Each time you enter an Official Code during the Sweepstakes Period, you must choose whether to enter that Official Code into the Weekly Sweepstakes for the current Entry Period or to bank your Official Code in your Sweepstakes account for entry in a future Entry Period. Winners in each Weekly Sweepstakes will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period for that Weekly Sweepstakes approximately one (1) week following the end of such Entry Period by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail or overnight delivery.
5. PRIZES AND ODDS:
Weekly Sweepstakes Grand Prizes: Different Grand Prizes will be awarded in each Weekly Sweepstakes. At the start of each Entry Period, Sponsor will determine the Grand Prize(s) for the Weekly Sweepstakes for that Entry Period from among the following sets of prizes (one (1) per Weekly Sweepstakes) and announce the Grand Prize(s) offered in the Weekly Sweepstakes on www.snickers.com: Fifty (50) Grand Prizes, each consisting of one (1) EA Sports™ Video Game 3-Pack, including one (1) NASCAR® '08 game, one (1) MADDEN NFL '08 game and one (1) TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR '08 game. Winner and trip participants must travel together on same itinerary on dates specified by Sponsor (which are subject to change). Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If, for any reason, the Race is postponed or canceled, Sponsor will have no further responsibility for that portion of the Grand Prize, and Grand Prize trip will be awarded without the Race tickets on the same itinerary. Additional restrictions apply. Actual value of prize trip will depend upon winner's point of departure and dates of travel. ARV: $10,000 each. Weekly Sweepstakes First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded during each Weekly Sweepstakes. Each First Prize consists of one (1) SNICKERS® branded 1:24 Die-Cast signed by a NASCAR® driver (specific driver to be determined by Sponsor). ARV: $50 each. Weekly Sweepstakes Second Prizes: Fifteen (15) Second Prizes will be awarded during each Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) SNICKERS® branded hat signed by a NASCAR® driver (specific driver to be determined by Sponsor). ARV: $15 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $273,550. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Limit: two (2) Grand Prizes per family or household. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners.6. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States (including territories and possessions) and the District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of 2/11/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.7. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES:
Winners of prizes with an ARV of at least $600 will, and other prize winners may, be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Trip participants must sign travel release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release(s) is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if prize notification e-mail is undeliverable, if entrant does not respond to prize notification e-mail within 7 days after the date of the e-mail. If Grand Prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law; any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.8. GENERAL:
This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time.
